LONDON, Nov. 5, 2009—The Litigation Consulting unit of First Advantage Corporation (NASDAQ: FADV), a leading provider of e-disclosure and computer forensics services, formally announced the promotion of Robert Brown to vice president of Eurasia Operations. Joining the First Advantage Litigation Consulting executive management team, Brown will be directly involved in strategic planning of global initiatives and will oversee infrastructure development and resource management for international projects.

Strategically based in the London office, Brown has been instrumental in the expansion of First Advantage Litigation Consulting’s operations and capabilities throughout Europe and Asia. In 2009, the company opened a full-service office and data centre in Munich, strengthened client support in its Tokyo office and began offering attorney staffing for document review in Bangalore, India, supported by proprietary data processing and hosting facilities.

In addition to overseeing First Advantage Litigation Consulting’s Eurasia Operations, Brown will continue to direct and lead forensic teams in Europe and Asia and, as called upon, will testify as a computer forensic expert witness in the United Kingdom.
