Andy Macdonald is CEO of First Advantage Litigation Consulting. Andy was a founding member of First Advantage Corporation management team and from 2003 – 2011 served in many capacities at the company, most recently as President and Chief Executive Officer. Previously, he was with The First American Corporation as President, Occupational Health Services. Andy joined First American in 2002 through the acquisition of Bethesda, MD-based Employee Health Programs, where he was President and CEO.
Andy serves on the Oxford College Board of Counselors, is a Trustee and member of the Executive Committee at The River School, a Director of Best Practices, LLC, and a Director of The Somerled Foundation, a global NGO which helps jumpstart sustainable global health initiatives in the world's poorest countries. He is also a Venture Partner with Firstmark Capital.
Andy has a Bachelor in Business Administration from Emory University. He lives in Washington, DC with his wife and three children.
