Todd Mansbridge
Director of Operations Analysis

As Director, Operations Analysis at First Advantage Litigation Consulting, Todd acts as a nexus between Operations, Project Management and Sales. He provides direct support to Sales in responding to clients’ operational questions, and has restructured the FADVlit pricing model to provide greater flexibility for both law firm and corporate clients. He has enhanced all tracking documentation and integrated the activities of the Intake and Forensics/Pre-processing teams, streamlining data movement through the first two stages of the processing chain. A key member of the management team, Todd draws upon his extensive work with clients and his deep experience with First Advantage Litigation Consulting’s tools and services to help develop strategy in the areas of technology, new service offerings and operational efficiency.

During his five years with the company, Todd has performed a variety of roles, including Project Manager, Senior Project Manager, and Director, Data Migration and Analysis. Supporting the company through a period of significant growth, he was directly responsible for the management of complex projects and key client relationships, while also assisting in the mentoring and development of new additions to the Project Management team.

Prior to joining First Advantage Litigation Consulting, Todd worked at Daticon and Atlantic Richfield Company, where he played an integral role in designing efficient project workflows, managing support for multi-million dollar litigation, and responding to regulatory investigations including the FTC’s Second Request related to the BP-ARCO merger.

Todd achieved both a BA in International Relations and in Psychology from Claremont McKenna College, and was awarded a Masters Degree in International Political Economy from the University of Southern California.
